1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Barnastics website (the “Site”) or any services provided by Barnastics, LLC, DBA Barnastics Bar & Event Production Agency (the “Production Agency” or “Barnastics”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site or engage with our services.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any conduct that may:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Harm or threaten to harm Barnastics or its users.

Disrupt or interfere with the Site's normal functionality, security, or performance.

Barnastics reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any reason at its discretion.

3. Services Provided

Barnastics provides event production, coordination, and related services, including, but not limited to, vendor management, event staffing, and design consultation. Any agreements for services beyond basic website usage will be governed by a separate contract that outlines specific terms and conditions.

4. Payment and Billing

Barnastics charges a flat fee for events and services. Flat 30% on Projects Under $100,000. Flat 20% on Projects Over $100,000.

A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required at the time of booking.

Full payment and billing terms will be governed by the signed service contract between Barnastics and the Client.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policies

For service agreements:

Cancellations made more than 2 months before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on vendor policies. Coordination fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 2 months of the event date are not guaranteed any refund, as vendor policies and work completed will affect the potential refund.

In the event of client dissatisfaction, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Barnastics, following a thorough review and attempt at remediation.

6. Client Satisfaction

Barnastics is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of its clients. If you are dissatisfied with any services provided, please notify us in writing within 5 business days of your event. We will review and assess your concerns and, if necessary, work toward a resolution. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Barnastics and will be based on the scope of services provided and any vendor-specific policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Barnastics, LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our prior written consent.

8. Photography and Videography

Barnastics may capture photographs or video footage at events for promotional and marketing purposes. By engaging our services, you consent to the use of such materials unless you notify us in writing at least 10 days before the event. If you choose to opt-out of our photography services, you agree to provide high-quality professional photos or videos for our use within 10 days following the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

Barnastics is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this Site or any services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profits. The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Barnastics is also not responsible for any damages caused by third-party vendors hired to support event services. Vendor policies govern their work, and any disputes regarding their services must be resolved directly with them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts located in the County of Morris in the State of New Jersey.

11. Changes to Terms

Barnastics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
